1. Account Cancellation and Payment Issues

  • If a user cancels their subscription or if their payment method (e.g., credit card) is declined, their content will be taken offline.

  • Users have 30 days from the date of cancellation or payment failure to restore their account by settling outstanding balances. After this period, we reserve the right to remove their content permanently.

2. Prohibited Uses Users may not use our services for:

  • Spamming, phishing, or distributing unsolicited messages.

  • Any illegal or unethical activities.

  • Hosting or promoting content that violates laws, regulations, or our policies.

We reserve the right to review and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Traffic and Usage Restrictions

  • Users are prohibited from sending pop-under traffic to their hosted pages.

  • We reserve the right to throttle or limit traffic if we determine that it originates from low-quality or suspicious sources.

4. Content Removal Rights We reserve the right to take down user content or pages at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where they violate these Terms, involve unauthorized activities, or compromise the integrity of our platform.

5. Legal Matters

  • All legal matters related to these Terms or the use of our services will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  • Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts located within the state of Massachusetts.

6. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, notified to users. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archieboy Holdings, LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.
